Return Policy

Within 30 days of receipt are subject to a 15% restocking fee with all shipping charges being non-refundable. Product must be in new, unused condition. Please contact us for a Return Authorization form.

Damages & Other Issues

Please inspect your order within 3 days of receiving it and notify us immediately of any defects or damage. All light units are tested prior to shipping. I'm not sure what FedEx & UPS do while in transit, but I'm pretty sure they dance on the boxes even though they say Fragile on them! If your items are damaged in shipping, please email pictures of the box, packaging and the item. We always work to make things right!

 

Shipping Policy

If product is in stock, order will ship within 24 hours via FedEx or UPS. If a product is backordered, customers will be contacted via email or phone.
